      If the pilot arc is ON but the cutting arc will not establish on your Victor Welding System, it could be due to: * The work cable not being connected to the work piece; connect the work cable. * A broken work cable/connector; replace the work cable. If the problem persists, there may be failed components in the unit, requiring you to return it to an authorized service center for repair.

      If the FAULT and 90 PSI indicators are flashing on your Victor Welding System, it indicates an internal error. Try turning the ON/OFF switch OFF and then back ON again. If that does not clear the fault, return the unit to an authorized service center for repair.

      If the FAULT and 80 PSI indicators are flashing, and the gas flow is cycling ON and OFF on your Victor Welding System, try the following: * Tighten the shield cup by hand, but do not overtighten it. * Turn OFF the power supply, remove the shield cup, and install any missing torch tip, electrode, or start cartridge. * Turn OFF the power supply, bleed down the system pressure, remove the shield cup, tip, and start cartridge, and check the start cartridge's lower end fitting for free movement; replace if it doesn't move freely. If the problem persists, there might be an open conductor in the torch leads, a problem in the torch and leads switch circuit, or failed components in the unit, requiring you to replace the torch and leads or return the unit to an authorized service center for ...
