Installing the connection set and collector temperature sen-
sor
Observe the following when fitting the
locking ring fitting:
&
All pipes must be right-angled and
must be debu rred.
&
Push the union nut and the locking
ring onto the pipe and lightly lubri-
cate the threads wi th oil .
&
Pushthepipeintothelockingring
fitting as far as it will go.
&
Initially turn the union nut by hand,
thentightenwithanopenended
spanner by a further ¾ turn.
Do not fit any anne aled coppe r pipes
onto the locking ring fitting.
Connect ion to the r ight
