The device does not work.

Check if the compressor has an active delay function when the unit starts up.
The food inside is frozen.
The set temperature is too low.
You can hear the sound of water coming from inside.
This is normal due to refrigerant flow.
Code F1 is displayed.
Low power protection, protection setting from H3 (H) to H2 (M) or H1 (L)
Code F2 is displayed.
Fan overload protection, turn off the device and restart the device after 30 minutes. If the
F2 code is still displayed, please contact after-sales service.
Code F3 is displayed.
Compressor protection is activated. Turn off the device and restart after 30 minutes. If the
F3 code is still displayed, please contact after-sales service.
F5 is displayed.
Compressor control module protection activated. Please turn off the device, leave it in a
ventilated place and restart the device after 30 minutes. If the F5 code is still displayed,
please contact after-sales service.
The code F7/F8 is displayed.
Temperature sensor error. Please restart the device. If F7/F8 is still displayed, please
contact after-sales service.
FOOD STORAGE
Freezer (below 0 to -20°C)
The meat should be cut and wrapped tightly, then placed in the freezer.
After purchasing frozen food, put it in the freezer while it is still frozen.
Do not put fresh food and frozen food together.
