B.R.: Fix the cable (Fig. 42/a) already fitted to the arms
to the side flap with the screws provided.
- Fix the eye-ring of the cable (Fig. 42/b) to the cam
(Fig. 42/c) using the screw, nut and lock-nut, leaving
enough play to allow the eye-ring to rotate.
- Connect the connectors J1A, J1B, J1C and J1D
(Fig. 43).
Check that the front access flap operates correctly:
- Check that the angle between the flap (in the working
position) and the platform is 90° (see Fig. 44).
- Check that the front access flap microswitch is tripped
when the flap has turned through no more than 30° in
relation to the working position, as in Fig. 44.
- If the flaps do not open or close correctly, adjust to the
correct position using the adjuster fork (Fig. 41/b).
g) Close the platform by replacing the cover plate and
the fixing screws.
h) Remove the wedge and plastic band (Fig. 40/c,d)
used to hold the platform horizontal during adjustment
from the platform supports.
i) Tighten the nut and lock-nut to a torque of 4 daN ±
0.1
(Fig. 45/a,b).
