What to do if the Viper Scrubber isn't vacuuming dirty water well?
    • C
      christina32Aug 16, 2025
If the dirty water vacuuming is insufficient in your Viper Scrubber, several factors could be the cause. The recovery tank might be full, indicated by a red light(E2), in which case you should empty the recovery tank. Also, the hose could be disconnected from the squeegee; if so, reconnect it. Check for clogs in the vacuum assembly and clean if necessary. The squeegee might be dirty, or the blades worn or damaged, requiring cleaning and inspection. Finally, ensure the tank cover(A2) is properly closed and the gasket is intact; close it properly or replace the gasket if damaged.

      Felicia BarrSep 12, 2025
If the solution flow is insufficient in your Viper Scrubber, start by checking the solution filter (D3) for dirt and clean it if necessary. Ensure the solution tank is full, as indicated by the light(E10) being red when empty; fill it with water. Verify that the water switch (D2) is not set to “0” and open the water switch. Lastly, inspect the solution tank for dirt and clean it if needed.

    • C
      Chloe FlowersAug 22, 2025
If your Viper Scrubber isn't moving forward or backward, there are several potential causes. First, the PCB or key board might be broken, requiring replacement. Check if the Emergency-stop button(A15) is engaged and release it by turning. Ensure the seat limit switch is activated by sitting on the seat. Also, if the squeegee is not lifted in reverse and the LED screen (E1) displays ERR-01, lift the squeegee.
