In the Channel page, a list of channels can be set and saved. The following channel protocols
are supported:

 RTP ES (RTSP)
 Zixi Pull
 Zixi P2P
 Pro-MPEG
 SRT Caller (Pull)
 SRT Listener
 SRT Rendezvous
 RTMP
 RTMP Server
 HLS.
