Parameter Description
IP Address Set the target multicast IP address to which SAP messages
will be sent.
Port Set the target port to which SAP messages will be sent.
To set appliance name
1. Check the box “System Name”.
2. Enter the desired name in System Name section.
3. Click Apply.
To discover MGW Ace Decoder OG through mDNS/Bonjour:
The service based on mDNS specification, provides below information:
 Instance: MGW Ace Decoder OG
 Service: Typically, two services are exposed, one for the HTTP web interface, another
one for the API interface.
 Domain: local. The Hostname is visible for the user to identify its units easily.
By default, the discovery service is enabled. The user can disable this feature in the web UI.
 Using Ethernet Port #2 (DHCP), the user mayaccessto the MGW Ace Decoder OG web interface bythe host name
of the card, bytypingname>.local.
 The host name ismgw-ace-decogSSNN where SSNN are the last 4 digitsof the card serial number (refer to the card
labelof the decoder).
