FTRIG?
Argument: <none>
Function: Valid when failure occurs during the ramp-up period of the test. Sends output voltage at time of failure, in floating
point format, to the GPIB buffer.
IMAX
Argument: <max current limit>
Function: Changes max current limit to a new value prior to or during a test. The new maximum current limit must be
greater than the existing minimum current limit.
Example: IMAX,1.0E-5; (changes max current limit to 10 micro-amps)
RSLT?
Function: This query returns test Pass/Fail status with fault type if any.
Fills output register with an ASCII representation of a decimal value indicating one of the following test results. Register data
remains available until cleared with a *CLS, *RST or a new test is run.
0 - TEST PASSED

1 - MAX RESISTANCE EXCEEDED
2 - MIN RESISTANCE EXCEEDED
3 - OVERANGE
4 - COMPL VOLTAGE EXCEEDED
5 - AC SYSTEM FAULT
6 - HIGH RESISTANCE
7 - USER ABORTED
8 - ARC DETECTED
9 - OVER CURRENT EXCEEDED (peak detected)
10- MAX CURRENT EXCEEDED (RMS detected)
