If ECU AlarmList is visible in the list then there are fault
codes from the engine control unit or power
management system.
SP5394: Specific faultcode.
OC16: (Occurence) in this case 16 times.
FM4: FMI (failure mode indicator) Indicate the type of
failure.
E2: Which control unit. (E1=EMS, E2=ACM, E3=SDM)
