Engine Mounted Heat Exchanger
(HE-engines only)
1 Loosen screws (1).
2 Remove the reverse cover (2) and on the rear side
the connecting cover (3).
3 Gently drive out the raw water bundle (4).
4 Clean the raw water bundle and the heat exchanger
housing (5). Make sure that there are no cracks or
other damages, replace if necessary.
5 Reinsert the raw water bundle (4) and reconnect to
the heat exchanger housing (5).
6 Fit the reverse cover (2) and the connecting cover
(3) with new seals and screws.
