4.7.1.3 A median plane of a width
If the tolerance applies to the median plane of a width, the tolerance frame shall be connected as an extension of
the dimension line. See figure 31.

When a tolerance applies to a centre point, an axis or a median plane in one direction, the tolerance frame shall be
connected as an extension of the dimension line.
