Error Cause Troubleshooting
Status LED ashes
every 40 seconds
and once when the
display illumination is
switched on
 Weak battery
 Error code E3
 Check the charging status of
the battery on the display.
If the symbol indicates an
empty battery, change the
batteries and adjust the
door.
 Carry out the
troubleshooting for error
code E3.
Status LED ashes
every two seconds for
two seconds
 Error code E1
 Error code E2
 Carry out the
troubleshooting for error
code E1 or E2.

 Door is too heavy
 Cord or door jammed
 Check the weight of the door and
replace if necessary. Adjust the door.
 Remove impurities from the guide
rails/door and lubricate with oil if
necessary.
E2 Input voltage too high
Check that the correct batteries are
inserted and adjust the door.
E3
 Weak battery
 Door has a weight of
more than 2kg
 Front housing cover
has been removed
 Motor not connected
correctly
 Internal control board
damaged
 Check/replace batteries
 Check the weight of the door and
replace if necessary. Then adjust the
door.
 Make sure that the front housing
cover is correctly positioned and
screwed in.
 Check the connection from the
motor and reconnect if necessary.
Then adjust the door.

Start-up settings for the
door are not complete
Adjust the door again.
