Why my VTech IS6110 does not work?

If your VTech Cordless Telephone isn't working, ensure the battery is correctly installed and charged. For best performance, keep the cordless handset in its charger after use. Check that the handset charger power adapter is plugged into a working outlet, and the telephone line cord is firmly connected to both the telephone base and the wall jack. Try unplugging the unit for 15 seconds, then plug it back in and wait one minute for synchronization. If issues persist, fully charge the handset battery for 16 hours, or try removing and re-inserting the battery; you may need a new battery. As a last resort, test the wall jack with a working telephone to rule out wiring or service issues.
