Why is my Wacker Neuson Trowel wobbling excessively?
    • W
      wstoutAug 12, 2025
Excessive wobbling in your Wacker Neuson Trowel can occur due to several reasons: the operator over-steering, bent trowel arm(s), bent trowel blade(s), or bent main shaft(s) from the machine being dropped. The movement of each gearbox is controlled by “stops” to provide the correct relationship of the control arm movement to machine movement. Excessive pressure on control arms in any direction will not improve reaction time and can damage steering controls causing machine to wobble. Suggested solutions include replacing bent trowel arm(s), trowel blade(s), or main shaft(s).

      Shannon BowersAug 20, 2025
Poor handling and excessive control lever movement in Wacker Neuson Trowels can stem from worn bushings due to lack of lubrication, a shifted control arm lever adjustment, a bent control arm, or bent lower control arm(s) typically caused by dropping the machine. To resolve this, replace the bushings and lubricate them at least every 20 hours. Reset the control arm lever. Replace any bent lower control arm(s). When lifting the machine, always use the lifting brackets and/or forklift pockets provided.

Why Wacker Neuson Trowel doesn't move?
    • W
      whitney40Aug 27, 2025
If your Wacker Neuson Trowel isn't moving, the possible causes include a broken drive belt, vacuum between the bottom of the blades and the concrete surface, or a sheared key in the main shaft. To fix this, replace the drive belt, change the pitch on the blades to break the suction, or replace the damaged key.

How to fix a noisy Wacker Neuson Trowel?
    • D
      Donna AlvarezSep 2, 2025
A noisy Wacker Neuson Trowel may be due to misaligned trowel blades contacting each other during rotation, a sheared key, or a loose clutch. To address this, replace damaged blades and align the blades so that one set represents a (+) and the other an (x) when viewed from above. Also, check all keys in the drive system and tighten the clutch.
