11.1.1 One-time maintenance after initial operation
Note: The following maintenance tasks need only be performed after initial opera-
tion at this interval.
11.1.2 Daily maintenance work

Change engine oil.

Check the valve clearance, set to 0.10 mm when the engine is cold. *
* Have these tasks carried out by the service department of your Wacker Neuson contact
person.


Check the intake area of the combustion air and
cooling air.

Check engine oil level.

Check water separator.

Check fuel tank:
 Fuel level.
 Leaks.
 Lines for leaks.
 Check the tank seal for leaks – change, if
necessary.

Clean or replace the filter element as needed.

Check that Bowden cable moves freely.

Clean the machine.

