5.7 Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
Damage to health due to incorrect operation of air conditioning
system.
Can cause health hazards.
► Do not direct the air vents directly at the face when the air conditioning
system is switched on.
Operation
Set the required temperature (regulator A) and ventilation (regulator B).
In the OFF position the entire system including the fan and heating is
switched off.
Air-conditioning system
The air conditioning system cools and dehumidifies the air inside the
cabin.
Cool down the inside of the cabin quickly:
1. Open the windows and the door.
2. Set the fan to maximum speed so that the hot air can escape.
3. Close the windows and the door.
4. Set the air conditioning system to maximum cooling.
Let the air conditioning system run a few minutes several times a month to
avoid damage to the air-conditioning compressor.
