3 Lifting and Transporting
3.1 Towing and Moving with Towing Vehicle
Before coupling the unit to a towing vehicle, check the tires and check that all the
lights work properly.
Procedure
1. Turn off the lights and allow time for them to cool.
2. Lower the tower.
3. Ensure that the tongue jack (a) is down so the unit will not tip over when the
other jacks are raised.
4. Raise all the jacks and retract the retractable ones.
5. Couple the unit to a towing vehicle between the rudder eye (b).
The unit can be now be towed to the new location.
CAUTION
Do not move the trailer with the tower raised.
CAUTION
NEVER release the jockey wheel or the tongue jack (fixed to the rudder of the
trailer) while they are supporting the unit. The machine would tip forward and could
cause damage or personal injury.
