4.3 Stabilizing the Unit
Jack up the unit as follows. Consider that the front outrigger jacks (a) are
extendable, while the rear ones (b) are not.
Extendable outrigger jacks:
1. Hold the outrigger jack with one hand and pull the locking pin to release it. Pull
the outrigger jack outwards until it is fully extended and ensure that the locking
pin locked it in place securely in the extended position.
2. Jack the unit up by rotating the handle on the top of each outrigger jack
clockwise.
3. Refer to the bubble levels (c) installed on top of the machine (near the mast) in
order to have the machine perfectly leveled and stable before raising the tower.
The wheels of the machine must touch the ground at all times.
