5 Operation
Coupling/uncoupling hydraulic connections from the mast
Injury hazard due to thin jet of hydraulic oil!
A thin jet of hydraulic oil escaping under high pressure
can penetrate the skin
► Seek medical attention immediately if hydraulic oil
penetrates the skin or eyes.
► Only open hydraulic systems after the pressure in
them has been released.
► Wear protective clothes.
Damage to the hydraulic system due to dirt!
► Avoid dirt.
► Ensure that the hydraulic connections are clean.
Hydraulic oil is harmful to the environment!
► Hold a suitable container under the quickcouplers
when coupling or uncoupling.
► Dispose of escaping hydraulic oil by an ecologically
safe method.
