7.8.4 PROCEDURE FOR CLEANING FLUSHING WITH AUTOMATIC GUNS
Procedure:
1. End coating operation.
2. Remove powder suction unit (suction lance, powder injector) from powder tank.
3. Switch on ush function by pressing "Flush" button 17 on the control unit.
LED display 18 starts to ash and indicates readiness for ushing.
4. Process should be repeated for each spray gun that is to be ushed.
If you do not want a ushing process, press "Standby" button 15.
5. Start ush process using "Gun Start" on controller.
6. Stop ush process using "Gun Stop" on controller.
7. Re-activate control units in standby mode by pressing the "Standby" button 15.
8. Press "Flush" button 17 to return to normal coating mode.
The LED display 18 no longer ashes.
9. Once the suction lance has been lowered into the powder tank, the coating operation
can be continued again.
Note:
If conguration parameter C16 is set to "ON", the ush function can only be activated via
the serial interface.
