GRAVITY FEED NOZZLE MATERIAL PREPARATION AND SETUP

The spray materials can be either unthinned
or slightly thinned (see page 10 for thinning
recommendations based on material).
GRAVITY FEED NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

Make sure the power cord is unplugged.
1. Prior to lling or attaching the desired container, attach the
nozzle to the handle.
Align the nozzle and the handle approximately as shown.
2. Insert and twist the nozzle into the handle toward the
“lock” symbol on the handle.
The tab below the trigger will lock the two pieces into
place.
3. Rotate the stand (A) forward so that the nozzle and handle
assembly can stand independently.
4. Attach the gravity cup (choose the desired size). Drop the
cup onto the nozzle so that the tabs (B) line up with the
slots in the nozzle (C) as shown.
Twist the cup clockwise until it locks in place (D).
5. Securely attach the air tube to the tting on the container
lid. And make sure the other end is tightly secured to the
spray gun.
6. Insert the air hose tightly into the connection on the spray
handle. The connection can be positioned as desired.
