      kathyheathJul 28, 2025
If your WAGNER Paint Sprayer isn't spraying material, several issues could be the cause: * The nozzle might be clogged, so clean it. * The suction tube could be blocked, requiring cleaning. * The air vent on the suction tube might be obstructed, clean it. * The material flow setting might be too low, increase it. * The suction tube might be loose, remove and replace it as tightly as possible. * There may be no pressure build-up in the container, tighten the container or its lid. * The air valve tube might not be functioning, ensure both ends are connected and the valve seal is in place. * The nozzle seal might be missing, replace the nozzle. * The air filter could be clogged, change it. * The spray material may be too thick, thin it.
