7.2.2 Adjusting the fluidization (Airfluid)
1. Swivel the feed unit(1) to the right side.
2. Place an opened powder tank (25–30kg; 55.11–66.14lbs) on the vibrator table.
3. Switch on the control unit.
4. Swivel the feed unit(1) into the powder tank and lower it down to the powder surface.
Actuate the trigger lever of the gun for a short time and release it. The vibrator motor
and the fluid air continue to run for 10s (factory setting). This setting can be changed
by the user if required (see EPG-Sprint XE control unit operating manual).
5. Adjust the fluid air at the throttle(2) to the point the feed unit sinks into the powder
due to its own weight.

The amount of fluid air depends on the characteristics of the powder.
The powder should be moving in the suction area of the feed unit (gently simmering).
Avoid a dust build up in the powder tank.
