1. Warning – read Operator’s Manual before
servicing or performing maintenance.
□ Engage parking brake.
□ Remove ignition key.
2. Warning – Crushing/dismemberment haz-
ard of bystanders.
□ Do not carry passengers. Always stop
machine if someone enters the area.
□ Always be aware of what is behind the
machine before backing up. Do not mow
in reverse unless absolutely necessary.
Always look down and behind before
and while backing up.
3. Parking Brake –
Must be engaged to start the engine. Move
the lever forward and to the right to engage.
