7.3.3 Gravity tank (2T02)
In installations without engine driven pump it is required to have a lubricating oil gravity tank,
to ensure some lubrication during the time it takes for the engine to stop rotating in a blackout
situation.
The required height of the tank is about 7 meters above the crankshaft. A minimum pressure
of 50 kPa (0.5 bar) must be measured at the inlet to the engine.
