3.3.2 Calibration Menu
The Calibration menu contains the following sections and parameters:
Main Menu → Calibration → Combustion Calibration
Select the unit’s NOx requirement: None, <= 20 or <= 9
PPM.
The unit’s target Valve Position.
The unit’s actual Valve Position.
Target blower voltage for current Valve Position.
The unit’s actual blower voltage.
The unit’s target O
2
% in the exhaust.
The unit’s actual O
2
% in the exhaust.
The target CO amount in the exhaust, in ppm.
The actual CO amount in the exhaust, in ppm.
The target NOx amount in the exhaust, in ppm
The actual NOx amount in the exhaust, in ppm.
The unit’s Flame Strength, from Multimeter
Target blower speed for current Valve Position.
Actual blower speed for current Valve Position.
Air Temperature - Reading
The current air temperature.
Appears only when fire rate = 100%.
Adjust as needed to match targets to actual readings.
3.3.2.1 Main Menu → Calibration → Input/Output
Main Menu → Calibration → Input/Output → Temperature Sensors
Select: Feed Forward, Exhaust, Outside Temp, Air
Inlet, Lower Inlet, Outlet.
Optional offset applied to current Sensor
Current sensor’s current reading. (Flow In Adj & Flow
Rate removed ) .
Main Menu → Calibration → Input/Output → Analog Inputs
Select: Flow or Remote Analog In.
A correction value to selected input, if needed.
Current reading of selected input.
Main Menu → Calibration → Input/Output → Analog Outputs
Set the output’s level (0.00 to 20.00 mA)
A correction value to the analog output, if needed.
3.3.2.2 Main Menu → Calibration → Subsystems
Main Menu → Calibration → Subsystems → Air Fuel Valve
Set to desired Valve Position.
Set Air/Fuel Valve sensitivity (1% to 5%)
Main Menu → Calibration → Subsystems → Spark Monitor
