B) The manifold is now ready to be removed from the burner tubes. Pull the
manifold away from the burner tubes (3). The burner tubes may move with
the manifold as it is removed and dislodge from the mounting slot in the rear
channel. They must be assembled back into the slot before the manifold is
reassembled.

INSTALL NEW MANIFOLD
Please note: The difference between the Original Manifold and the New
Replacement manifold is how the right side mounts into the “C” channel
manifold slide. The left side remains unchanged It is the same for both the
SUMMIT SILVER & GOLD 4 AND 6 BURNER MODELS.
A) The new replacement Manifold comes with it own separate Mounting
Bracket, which fits both the Silver and Gold SUM 28” / 36” New Replacement
Manifolds.
The original manifold has both the right and left side mounting
brackets (1).
The new replacement manifold does not have the right side mounting
bracket (2).

B) Install bracket onto the right side of the manifold only (3).

C).Before reinstalling the manifold make sure that the burner tubes are properly
installed into the mounting slots of the rear channel on the
cookbox (4).
