UNINTENDED MOVEMENT OR LOSS OF CONTROL
If the signal "P" becomes inactive without the PLC having started a new cycle, this
output flange is not in the correct position. Usually, this means that the stop position
has been overtraveled. This can result in damage to the product, to the processing
stations, and to the parts being machined, as well as in other hazards.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, serious injury, and
equipment damage.

Verify that the state of the signal "P" from the inductive sensor is always available
to the PLC.
■
Immediately stop the machine if the signal "P" becomes inactive without the PLC
having started a new cycle.
