Dismounting the motor
The product must be in a locked position
before the motor is replaced.
1. Disconnect the motor and the holding brake
(see operating instructions of the motor
manufacturer).
2. Remove the cover [1] by removing the
screws.
3. Loosen the four screws [2] of the motor
flange.
4. Slacken the toothed belt [4] by moving the
motor in the motor in the elongated holes.
5. To remove the toothed belt [4], start by
pulling the toothed belt off of the toothed belt
pulley (gear) [3].
