DISASSEMBLING THE EXTENDER ARMS
Complete disassembly of the Extender Arms between use or for storage is
not necessary and is not recommended. The Angle Braces and Extender
Arms can stay installed together for storage. Should you want to disas-
semble the Extender Arms, a at head screwdriver or similar at edge tool
is required.
a. Put the at edge in the removal slot (Fig. 2.5) on the top or bottom prong
of the Extender Arm that is to be removed.
b. Rotate the blade down toward the tip of the prong to disengage the pivot
pin.
c. While rotating the at edge blade to disengage the pin, push down or lift
up on the Extender Arm to allow it to come free.
NOTE: Follow the same steps to remove the Extender Arm from the Angle
Brace.
