3.7 Trial operation
Prepare the machine for trial operation with the help of OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS. The instructions describe the measures that must be taken to
prepare the machine for operation.
3.7.1 Start-up schedule
This should be completed when the machine is started up and used.
Read the installation and user manuals carefully. Then check the following points:
1. Check:
• Water and drain connections
• That the machine is evenly balanced
• Detergent and drying agent
• That the filters, cover plates and level pipe are in place
• That the overheating protection device is reset
2. Filling the machine:
• Turn on the power switch and any circuit breakers
• Close the hood
• Fill the machine with water in accordance with the manual
N.B.! WD-6/7 DUPLUS: Check the non-return valve located after the
booster heater if the machine does not fill.
• Bleed the hood lifting cylinder (option) as per the manual.
• Check the final rinse flow during filling
WD-6/7: The machine will fill in two minutes and 15 seconds at the correct
flow. (machine with standard equipment). The flow is regulated by the built-
in ball valve.
3. Start the machine:
• Check the direction of rotation of all pumps
NB! If the direction of rotation is wrong, the phase must be inverted on the
lockable power switch
4. Check the setting of the reference values:
• All the reference values have been set to the recommended values on
delivery
• Check the temperatures
