Sealing variants
Mounting the instrument
The max. torque depends on the mounting point (e.g. material and shape). If you have any questions,
please contact our application consultant.

1. Seal the sealing face (→ see “Sealing variants”).

At the mounting point, screw the pressure transmitter in hand-tight.

Tighten the process connection hexagon with a torque spanner using the spanner ats.
Max. torque: 50 Nm [36.9 foot-pound]
Please observe that the threads are not skewed.
Parallel threads
Seal the sealing face with flat gasket, lens-type
sealing ring or WIKA profile sealing.

Tapered threads
Wrap threads with sealing material
(e.g. PTFE tape).
