Fuel tank
Fill the fuel tank at the end of each day to
reduce overnight condensation within the
tank.
WARNING Never mix gasoline or any
other fuel mixes with diesel
fuel because of increased fire
or explosion risks.
Never remove the filler cap, or
refuel, with the engine
running.
Never smoke when refilling
the tank.
To fill the tank:
Stop the engine.
Clean the area around the filler cap.
Remove the cap.
Fill the tank. Do not fill the tank to
capacity. Allow room for expansion,
and wipe up spilt fuel immediately,
otherwise paintwork will be damaged.
Replace cap.
Fuel filter
(Cartridge Agglomerator)
Check that there is no accumulation of
water in the base of the agglomerator by
unscrewing the drain tap (L) sufficiently to
allow any water to empty, then retighten
the tap.
Every 50 hours
Fuel tank strainer
When filling the fuel tank, check that the
strainer within the filler neck is clear of
sediment.
