Display Meaning Remedy
Flashes in
red
The temperature in the boiler or the
tank is above 95°C.
Switch off the machine
immediately. The error code Err 2
or Err 3 is displayed.
Forward the error message to the Winterhalter
service engineer
Flashes in
blue
In case of inadequate pre-cleaning of
the dish, dirt can get accumulated on
the strainer and in the filter cassette
such that the washing programme is
disturbed.
The circulating pumps switch off and
the programme key (6) flashes in blue.
Switch off the machine; the programme key
continues to flash.
Remove, clean and re-position the filters.
The flashing stops after 1 minute. Switch on the
machine again and operate it.
Ensure better pre-cleaning to prevent any more
malfunctions.

In case of grease residues:
The water is too hard
Check the external water preparation / set
it correctly
Clean thoroughly
There is formation of
layers on the dishes
In case of starch residues:
Excessively high temperatures
during manual pre-cleaning (fizzy
liquid)
Maximum temperature may be 30°C
Set the dosing amount as per the
manufacturer’s specifications
Check the dosing lines (for kinks,
breakage, ...)
Replace the storage container
The dishes do not dry
on their own
No or excessively low rinse aid
