TheSC-1supportsmultichannelsystemsofupto7.3channelcongura-
tions;thatis,youmayhaveasmanyassevenmainchannelsandthree
independentsubwooferchannelscontrolledbytheSC-1.Thesetenbal-
ancedaudioinputsacceptsignalsfromapreamplier/processorwith
balancedoutputsviahighqualityXLRconnectors.
ThepinassignmentsoftheseXLR-typefemaleinputconnectorsare:

 Pin3:Signal–(inverting)

Thesepinassignmentsareconsistentwiththestandardsadoptedbythe
AudioEngineeringSociety.Refertotheoperatingmanualofyourbal-
anced-outputpreampliertoverifythatthepinassignmentsofitsoutput
connectorscorrespondtoyourWisdomAudioSC-1.Ifnot,wirethe
cablessothattheappropriateoutputpinconnectstotheequivalentinput
pin,inordertopreservethepolarityofthemusicalsignal.

inputs.Theinputsareinthefollowingorder,fromlefttorightasseenfrom
behindtheSC-1:Left,Right,Center,SurroundLeft,SurroundRight,Sur-
