Pot or lid is not locked properly. Before turning on the appliance,
check that the pot is properly locked
on the motor unit and that the
lid is properly locked on the pot.
If the problem persists, contact an
authorized customer service center.
The lid is locked on the pot during the "Cook
without lid" function.
Unlock the lid before you start the
cooking program. If the problem
persists, contact an authorized
customer service center.

The appliance was switched off with
the on/off switch during operation or it
was disconnected from the mains during
operation.
Simply slide the power switch to I to
reset the appliance and the safety
function of the lid lock. The bar will
automatically return to its original
position and you can now lock the lid.

The rotor does not turn. Empty the pot and let it cool and try
again. If the problem persists, contact
customer service.

The pot is overheated. Stop operation for a short period of
time. Let the pot cool down. If the
problem persists,
contact customer service.

Motor overheats. Let the appliance cool down for 30
minutes and reduce the amount in
the pot.

The appliance is not stable. The appliance stopped because it
detected instability. Try reducing the
amount of ingredients in the pot.
ERR21, ERR22
The appliance is overheated. Unplug the mains plug of the
appliance and contact your customer
service.
ERR31
The lid cannot be locked. Turn the appliance off and on again.
ERR35
The appliance is not working correctly. Stop operation for a short period of
time.
Unplug the mains plug and plug the
appliance back in. If the problem
persists, contact your customer service
center.
