If the blade is not free, return the mower to an authorized servicer.

  If your Worx Lawn Mower is abnormally noisy and vibrates, release the Operating Bail to turn the mower off, remove the safety key and batteries. Then, inspect the blade for any bending or damage. If damaged, replace it. If the underside of the deck is damaged, return the mower to an authorized service center. If there's no visible damage to the blade, remove it, rotate it 180 degrees, and retighten it. If the mower continues to vibrate, return it to an authorized service center.
