What to do if my Worx WG730E doesn’t run when the operating bail is activated?
    • J
      Jose KhanJul 28, 2025
First, ensure the safety key is fully installed and the safety lock-out button is completely pushed. Also, check if the battery is fully charged by plugging in the charger and waiting for the green light. If these steps don't resolve the issue, release the operating bail, remove the safety key and batteries, turn the mower over, and check if the blade can turn freely. If the blade is not free, return the mower to an authorized servicer.

Why does my Worx WG730E Lawn Mower motor stop while mowing?
    • S
      shawn16Aug 5, 2025
The motor may stop while mowing for several reasons. First, ensure the battery is fully charged. Plug in the charger and wait for the green light. You might be overloading the mower; try slowing down your cutting pace or raising the cut height, or both. Another potential issue could be a blocked blade. To check this, release the operating bail, remove the safety key and batteries, turn the mower over, and ensure the blade is free to turn. If it's not, return the mower to an authorized service center. You can also try raising the cutting height of the wheels to the highest position and restarting the mower.

How to fix a Worx WG730E that is abnormally noisy and vibrates?
    • J
      Jeffrey NavarroAug 13, 2025
If your Worx Lawn Mower is abnormally noisy and vibrates, release the Operating Bail to turn the mower off, remove the safety key and batteries. Then, inspect the blade for any bending or damage. If damaged, replace it. If the underside of the deck is damaged, return the mower to an authorized service center. If there's no visible damage to the blade, remove it, rotate it 180 degrees, and retighten it. If the mower continues to vibrate, return it to an authorized service center.
