10. Maintenance & Service
Installaon,maintenanceandrepairoftheSmartChargeControlleraswellasworkonthesystemmayonlybeperformedby
qualiedpersons.Thereasonforthisisthehighvoltagethatispresent.
Conneconsandprotecvedevicesmustbeimplementedinaccordancewiththelocallyapplicableregulaons.
WerecommendthatyoucleantheSmartChargeControllerregularly.
•Foryourownsafety,disconnectthedevicefromthepowersupplybyturningothemainswitchbeforecleaning
thedevice.
•CleantheSmartChargeControllerwithaso,drycloth.Neveruseliquid,aggressivecleaningagentsand/or
abrasives.
•RepairsandmaintenanceonpartsoftheSmartChargeControllermayonlybecarriedoutbyqualied
skilledpersonnel/qualiedinstallersand/orelectricians.
•Useonlyoriginalspareparts.

9.2 Dismantling the device
Inthecaseofdecommissioningfordisassembly,followtheinstruconsbelow:
•Switchothemainswitch/ACautomaccircuitbreaker.
•Checkwithasuitablevoltmeterthattheinputsandoutputsarevoltagefree.
•DisconnecttheACcablesandanyotherwiring.
•TheSmartChargeControllercannowbedismantledsafely.

•Ifthedisplaydoesnotlightup.
•IftheredorgreenLEDdoesnotash.
•Whenthecurrentisnotmeasuredcorrectly.
