Why is paper often jammed or wrinkled in my Xerox Printer?

Paper jams and wrinkling can occur for several reasons. Ensure that you load the paper correctly and push the tray in firmly. Try replacing the paper with a new ream, orienting it so the curl faces down. Also, verify that the paper and tray settings match, and that the paper doesn't exceed the maximum fill line. Remove any torn paper or foreign objects, and ensure the paper meets the printer's specifications. Apply the paper guides lightly.
