4. Follow the instructions in the Printer Status window of PrintingScout.
5. Press OK.
6. To resolve the error displayed on the control panel you must clear all paper from the paper path.
Clearing Paper Jams From the Back of the Printer
1. Push down on the rear door release and pull open the door.
2. Lift the levers as shown.
3. Remove any jammed paper from the back of the printer.
