3. Load the paper with the long edge of the paper facing the front of the tray.
•For single-sided printing, insert side one faceup, with the top of the paper towards the left of
the tray. Prepunched holes should be at the front of the tray.
• For automatic 2-sided printing, insert side one facedown, with the top of the paper towards
the right side of the tray. Prepunched holes should be towards the front of the tray.
Caution: Do not load paper or media above the fill line indicated on the tray. Overloading the tray
may cause jams.
