3. To insert a comment:
a. Touch CCoommmmeenntt, then touch OOnn.
b. On the next screen, in the list of stored comments, select the required comment.
c. To create a comment, touch an <<AAvvaaiillaabbllee>> comment, then touch EEddiitt. Using the touch screen keyboard,
enter the new comment, then touch SSaavvee.
d. Touch AAppppllyy TToo, then touch FFiirrsstt PPaaggee OOnnllyy, AAllll PPaaggeess, or AAllll PPaaggeess EExxcceepptt FFiirrsstt. Touch SSaavvee.
e. To select the location of the comment on the page, touch PPoossiittiioonn, then select the required location.
f. Touch SSaavvee twice.
4. To insert the current date:
a. Touch DDaattee, then touch OOnn.
b. Select the format for the date.
c. To select the pages on which the date appears, touch AAppppllyy TToo, then touch FFiirrsstt PPaaggee OOnnllyy, AAllll PPaaggeess, or
AAllll PPaaggeess EExxcceepptt FFiirrsstt. Touch SSaavvee.
d. To select the position of the date stamp on the page, touch PPoossiittiioonn, then select the required position.
e. Touch SSaavvee twice.
5. To insert page numbers:
a. Touch PPaaggee NNuummbbeerrss, then touch OOnn.
b. To enter the starting page number, touch the Plus (++) or Minus (––) icons.
c. To select the pages on which the page number appears, touch AAppppllyy TToo, then touch AAllll PPaaggeess or AAllll
PPaaggeess EExxcceepptt FFiirrsstt. Touch SSaavvee.
d. To select the position of the date stamp on the page, touch PPoossiittiioonn, then select the required position.
e. Touch SSaavvee twice.
6. To insert a Bates Stamp:
a. Touch BBaatteess SSttaammpp, then touch OOnn.
b. Select an existing prefix or create a prefix.
c. To create a prefix, touch an <<AAvvaaiillaabbllee>> prefix, then touch EEddiitt. Using the touch screen keyboard, enter
the new prefix, then touch SSaavvee.
d. To enter the starting page number, touch the Plus (++) or Minus (––) icons.
e. To select the pages on which the Bates Stamp appears, touch AAppppllyy TToo, then touch AAllll PPaaggeess or AAllll PPaaggeess
EExxcceepptt FFiirrsstt. Touch SSaavvee.
f. To select the position of the Bates Stamp on the page, touch PPoossiittiioonn, then select the required position.
Touch SSaavvee.
g. To specify the number of digits, touch NNuummbbeerr ooff DDiiggiittss. To select the minimum number of digits
necessary, touch AAuuttoo AAssssiiggnn, then touch SSaavvee.
h. To select a specific number of digits, touch MMaannuuaall AAssssiiggnn. To insert up to nine leading zeros, touch the
Plus (++) or Minus (––) icons. Touch SSaavvee.
