ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Certification Required
• Only a certified electrician should perform the installation of the pool heater to ensure safety
and compliance with local codes.
Accessing The Control Box
• Unscrew the two screws located under the front panel to access the control box.
• Locate the knockout on either the left or right side of the base.
• Slide the electric cable through the chosen knockout and then into the control box.
Power Requirements
• The heater requires a 230V, 1PH, 60Hz electrical connection.
• Refer to the nameplate on the heat pump to determine the specific required amperage.
Local Electrical Codes
• Consult your local electrical code for any additional wiring requirements to ensure a safe
and compliant installation.
