Before May, 2013
For lift trucks manufactured after May, 2013, the
mode key has been replaced with a dip switch. See
Switch Position Mode Chart for correct switch posi-
tion. Removing the Charging Mode Label voids war-
ranty. Contact Service Engineering to set charging
mode for replacement batteries. See Figure 34.

A USB port located to the left of the mode port is for
factory use only.
For lift trucks manufactured before May, 2013, refer to
Table 8 to determine which mode should be used to
charge a particular battery.
