[Test contents]
Executes Write/Read/Verify test of the DIMM Full Address.
Through the SWP51 (Master side (DM: IC010)), specific
data are written to the whole addresses of the DIMM and the
data are loaded and compared with the written data. It will
take about 45 minutes for the test.

Executes the test.

Check the test result on the LCD.

Executes ID Read test of the MAIN CPU FLASH ROM. (DM:
IC515)
Device ID is obtained from the ROM and is compared with
the specifi ed ID.
Data for WAVE ROM (DM: IC715, 716) regarding address
points are loaded by 8-bit unit and executes checksum inspection.
H2=DATA Bit31 to 24, H1=DATA Bit23 to 16,
L2=DATA Bit15 to 8, L1=DATA Bit7 to 0
