2. Service Check
This section describes the contents of the test program for CL service check and shows examples of executing screen.
On the examples of executing screen, only the item being checked is shown. (There are gray-out items on the actual display.
If jigs required for some checking items are not available, clear the check box for the subject checking item before executing check.
• How to start checking
1) How to start CL
• Switch on the power supply while pressing the QL
USER DEFINED KEYS [1], [2]
and
[3]
at the same time.
• Start up the PC application after starting the QL diagnosis and waiting for about 30 seconds.
* When checking the FADER, execute calibration in advance according to the “FADER CALIBRATION” procedure on page 159 until
there is no fader which is judged as NG.
2) Starting the PC application
Enter the test program from the PC application.
Start DiagQL5_service.exe and DiagQL1_service.exe through Windows, and the startup screen as shown below will appear.
