■ Remove the Cooling Fans
1. Push the tabs on the left and right sides of the fan finger guard and pull up to remove the
fan finger guard from the drive.

2. Pull the cooling fans straight up from the drive. Remove the protective tubes on the
power supply connectors and disconnect the connectors to remove the fans from the
drive.

■ Install the Cooling Fans
Reverse the removal procedure to install the cooling fans.
