5. PARAMETER SETTING
5-1. Maintenance mode
Standard operation of the EXA instrument involves use of the maintenance (or operating) mode to set up
some of the parameters.
Access to the maintenance mode is available via the six keys that can be pressed through the flexible win-
dow in the instrument cover. Press the MODE-key once to enter this dialog mode.
NOTE:
At this stage the user will be prompted for pass code where this has been previously set up in service code
52 in chapter 5.
Automatic calibration See “calibration” section 6.
Manual calibration See “calibration” section 6.
Sample calibration See “calibration” section 6.
Display setting See “operation” section 4.
Manual impedance check See “operation” section 5.
Setpoint Select and adjust setpoint (when enabled in service menu section 5, ser-
vice code 51). See adjustment procedure in §5-1-5 and §5-2-1.
Wash Manually start/stop wash cleaning (when enabled in service menu section
5, service code 51). See adjustment procedure in §5-1-4 and §5-2-4.
Temperature Set automatic or manual compensation and adjust manual reading (when
pH is set in section 5 service code 01). See adjustment procedure in
§5-1-1.
Hold Manually switch on/off HOLD (when enabled in commissioning menu sec-
tion). See adjustment procedure in §5-2-3..
