Particular attention must be paid to the following warnings:
DANGER
Risk of electric shock
The power plug is equipped with an protective earth conductor, therefore, it has to be
used with an appropriately equipped socket.
The protective capacity must not be rendered ineffective by the use of extension cables
with no earth conductor.
In case of error there is a risk of contact with life-threatening mains voltage.
DANGER
Risk of damage to the device from penetrating moisture
Devices with a mains connection and their accessories (particularly external table power
pack) must not come into contact with moisture or liquids.
If the housing of devices or accessories that conduct mains voltage (e.g. table power pack)
is damaged, these must be permanently taken out of service and disconnected from the
mains.
Non-compliance in both cases results in exposure to life-threatening mains voltage.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock
Always switch off the device and pull out the power plug before cleaning or opening the
device.
Disconnect the power plug before changing device fuses. Failure to do so may result in
contact with life-threatening mains voltage.
CAUTION
Risk of electric shock, overheating of the power cable, in worst case, fire
Where there are detachable power cables, please note the following:
Detachable power supply cables must not be replaced with power supply cables that do
not meet the specifications.
Use only the specified power cables to avoid these becoming severely overheated.
