The chilled tap tube and the blue silicone hose should
be replaced every 12 months. A replacement tap tube
and hose is included with Service Packs 1, 2 & 3.
1. Disconnect the existing blue silicone hose from
the underside of the tap. Disconnect the other
end from the HydroTap Command Centre (chilled
outlet). Discard the old hose.
2. Remove the Phillips-head screw from the underside
of the tap spout.
3. Gently lift away the upper spout and tap top. You
may need to disconnect the tap USB cable.
4. Lift out the chilled water tube, from which you had
removed the hose, and discard.
5. Insert the new chilled water tube into the tap spout.
6. Replace the USB connection and the upper spout.
Fasten the screw in the underside of the tap spout.
7. Connect the new hose to the bottom of the new tap
tube, pushing it at least 15 mm over the tube.
8. Trim the new hose to ensure a constant fall from the
tap to the Command Centre. Ensure the hose ends
are square and neat.
9. Connect the other end of the new hose to the
chilled water outlet of the HydroTap Command
Centre. Push the end of the hose into the fitting as
far as it can go. Pull back to test the connection.
